to the Sierra Mountain Soccer Club Online Registration System
All players are required to register online
Please
read through carefully
New Players
Please
click on the appropriate link below (Devo or Competitive) and register as a new
player. All new competitive players are required to purchase a practice
shirt and uniform. Uniform consists of a green jersey, white jersey,
shorts, and socks. All other items are optional. Please contact
your coach for your jersey number. Please print and complete the UNIFORM
REQUEST FORM, located under the forms tab, and bring your order form along with
payment to your team meeting. Competitive
uniform orders and payment must be turned in with your registration forms. Devo players will receive a uniform and
practice shirt which is included in your fee.
New
players are also required to upload their photo (head shot) and birth
certificate once their registration is complete. Instructions
for photo and birth certificate upload:
Go to www.gotsoccer.com and sign on under
player and parent login. Please use your
username and password that you were assigned during registration. Photos can be uploaded under the player
profile screen. Birth certificates or
passports can be uploaded under club documents.
Returning Players
Please
click on the appropriate link below (Devo or Competitive.) You may enter your player’s name and birth
date or log in using the Username/Password from last season. If you are
unable to register, please contact us at info@sierramountainsoccer.com or leave us a
message at 530-587-2633. *Families with more than one player must
register with a family account.
*Family Accounts
If you have 2
or more players registered with SMSC, please click on the support link below
for information on setting up a family account. Returning families must
have their player usernames & passwords in their possession in order to
proceed. In order to receive the sibling discount, you must have a
family account. If you have one competitive player and one
devo player, you will need to contact us so we can manually set up your sibling
discount.

All
players are required to complete the player registration packet located on our
web site under the forms tab. Please
turn it in at your team meeting. This
packet contains the medical release forms that require a wet signature.
Payment plans
Sierra Mountain
Soccer Club will offer a payment plan for Competitive and Developmental players. You may choose this option at the time of
online registration. If you wish to make
payment by credit card, your deposit will be charged immediately and your next
payment will be deducted on the 15th of each following month until
payment is complete. If you wish to pay by check, you will be
required to send in your deposit immediately along with post dated checks for
the 15th of each following month until payment is complete.
Scholarships
Families who are
in need of scholarship assistance will be asked to immediately contact phebe@sierramountainsoccer.com . You will need to download the scholarship
application package and send it in to Phebe Bell, SMSC Scholarship
Coordinator. Your application will be
reviewed. There is no guarantee of
acceptance. Full or partial scholarships
may be awarded and will depend on the number of scholarship requests and
current club funds.
